This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs how Ali Shipping (“Processor”) processes personal
data on behalf of its clients (“Controller”) in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.
1. Definitions
- Processor: Ali Shipping
- Controller: User or Seller using our services
- Personal Data: Any identifiable information
- Services: Dropshipping automation, SP-API operations, etc.
2. Scope of Data Processing
Ali Shipping processes data only to provide services such as order fulfillment, automation, API integration,
customer support, analytics, and security.
3. Categories of Data
- Customer details (name, phone, email, address)
- Order and shipping data
- Marketplace account info
- Technical logs
4. Processor Obligations
- Process data only on Controller instructions
- Ensure confidentiality
- Maintain strong security standards
- Notify of data breaches
- Assist with compliance requests
5. Controller Obligations
- Use data lawfully
- Secure login credentials
- Follow marketplace policies
6. Sub-Processors
Google Analytics, Amazon SP-API, Facebook Pixel, hosting providers, payment gateways, and other approved services.
7. Data Storage & Retention
Data is encrypted and retained only as needed. Upon termination, data can be deleted upon request.
8. International Transfers
Data may be transferred securely following GDPR-approved mechanisms.
9. Data Subject Rights
Data subjects may request access, deletion, correction, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.
10. Term & Termination
This DPA remains effective while services are used. Data will be securely deleted upon termination.
