Terms of Service — ALI SHIPPING

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ALI SHIPPING services, website and related products (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Introduction

ALI SHIPPING provides automated dropshipping, listing, order processing, fulfillment and account management services for marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Our Services are offered to businesses and merchants; we do not provide consumer retail services directly.

2. Scope of Services

Our Services may include (as agreed in your service plan):

  • Product listing creation and management (titles, descriptions, images compliance)
  • Order processing automation and fulfillment coordination
  • Inventory synchronization and updates
  • Customer support assistance for seller-side processes (we do not handle buyer PII)
  • Account health monitoring and reporting
  • Integration support with SP-API / OAuth-based dashboards (Amazon integrations require seller authorization)

Note: Specific deliverables, service levels and fees are defined in your contract, subscription plan or order confirmation.

3. User / Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (business name, GST, bank details, registered address) and keep it up to date.
  • Comply with applicable marketplace policies (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify etc.), local laws, tax rules and platform terms.
  • Authorize our access only via supported OAuth/SP-API flows when requested; never share your marketplace passwords.
  • Maintain responsibility for supplier selection, product compliance, pricing, and order acceptances on marketplaces.
  • Obtain and maintain all required permits, registrations (including GST where applicable) and intellectual property rights for the products you sell.

4. Payments, Fees & Billing

  • All Services are billed as per the pricing displayed on our website, subscription plan, or contract.
  • You authorize ALI SHIPPING to charge the payment method on file for recurring and one-time fees.
  • Taxes (GST or other applicable taxes) are additional and will be charged as required by law.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services until payment is made.
  • We may change pricing or billing terms with prior notice; existing customers will be notified as per contract terms.

5. Order Processing, Fulfillment & Supplier Risk

We automate order transfer to suppliers and coordinate fulfillment; however:

  • We do not guarantee supplier stock availability or carrier performance.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on suppliers & logistics partners.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by suppliers, carriers, or third-party marketplaces.

6. Refund, Cancellation & Dispute

  • Service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your plan or contract.
  • Subscription cancellations must follow the cancellation process in your account or contract; any unpaid charges remain due.
  • Disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date; after 30 days we may consider the invoice final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of ALI SHIPPING or our licensors. You must not copy, modify or distribute our proprietary content without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. In connection with Amazon SP-API and other marketplace integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to marketplace accounts will be via OAuth / SP-API only; we will never request or store marketplace passwords.
  • We will not access, store or share buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from Amazon (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses) unless specifically authorized and legally required.
  • We store tokens and sensitive credentials encrypted and maintain access logs and role-based controls.
  • We comply with the Amazon Selling Partner API Data Protection Policy (DPP), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Solution Provider Portal (SPP) requirements where applicable.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, ALI SHIPPING provides Services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific sales volumes, rankings, or reinstatement of suspended marketplace accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALI SHIPPING and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you to ALI SHIPPING for the specific Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activity, or policy violations.
  • On termination you must pay all outstanding fees; we may delete or archive your data in accordance with our retention policy.
  • Certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality, governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
